Process | Why: When I was younger I remember seeing the amazing artwork on the Adobe CS6 software box. Keep in mind, this was before I became a digital artist. The Adobe Photoshop CS6 cover was especially important to me (image to the left above). I couldn't tell if the artwork was digital, makeup, edited or photoshopped. It was perfect in every which way and inspired me to learn Adobe CC. Of course, Adobe Photoshop has a reputation for having an extremely large learning curve. Well, on March 19th, 2014 I was in a severe car accident due to an impaired driver who hit me going over 100mph in a 40mph residential zone. I was diagnosed with TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), PTSD, Hip and Spinal surgery, etc due to this collision.
After the car accident, my cognitive functions in my brain were damaged and I had to decide what I wanted to do with the rest of my life because my life would have been altered physically and mentally. My mind kept going back to the Adobe Photoshop CS6 software cover artwork. I decided to dedicate my life to becoming a digital artist so hopefully one day, my work will one day be on Adobe CC software cover. My work will one day potentially inspire another digital artist and motivate themselves to learn something new.
The artwork that you see below I used material from Adobe Stock and completely altered them in Adobe Photoshop CC to create potential designs. I hope you enjoy my series and press the appreciation button and share with your friends and loved ones. Thank you, Adriano Rodrigues.
